The Sunday 28 May KentonXtreme event was a huge success, held in near perfect weather at Kenton-on-Sea over the weekend. Port Elizabeth's Craig Tunstead won the very extreme 53km Mountain Bike route in a time of 2hrs 57min 09sec from fellow Port Elizabethean Daniel Howitz (2:57:14) with Addo's Louis De Villiers (3:02:48) placing 3rd.
