Former Rector and Vice Chancellor of Free State University, Professor Jansen will be in South Africa, on leave from his lecturing tenure in the USA and launching his Book; "Song for Sarah" (A tribute to his Mom) right here in Port Elizabeth at the Boardwalk. Government will regret its decision of a 0% increase in tuition fees, University of the Free State Vice Chancellor Professor Jonathan Jansen said on Thursday. Jansen was speaking at the Cape Town Club about the recent student protests and the future of tertiary institutions. Uitenhage - The heart of a true teacher can unlock any student's potential - and Jayde Panayiotou had the heart.
