The Continental Milligan Vintage Car Rally, which set out from George on Monday 6 June, has been adversely affected by the torrential rain that everyone in Port Elizabeth is celebrating, with today's rallying being cancelled as a result of the inclement weather and many roads being closed off due to heavy rain.
