Received the following suggestion via mail today; "Should the R260 million in water consumption penalties collected by the council not be used to complete the pipe line system." After who knows how long the Municipality has finally advertised the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipal Manager's position. The Acting Municipal Manager position was held since August 2009, by well known Upington actor and Frequent Flyer, Elias Ntoba.
