Dear MyPE Mayor Jordaan has today in council misled the people of Nelson Mandela Bay by claiming that the water crisis in Uitenhage, Kwanobuhle, Despatch and Daleview has been resolved. Port Elizabeth - This mornings special council meeting to discuss the Nelson Mandela Bay municipality's budget for the 2015/2016 financial year was disrupted by a small group of disgruntled workers.
