Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality Acting Mayor Councillor Thsonono Buyeye has announced the closure of the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium COVID-19 Isolation Facility following a decision by the COVID-19 Metro Command Council on Wednesday to close the facility at the end of the August. Following the huge drop in the number of COVID-19 new infections in Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality, Acting Mayor Councillor Thsonono Buyeye has called on residents to continue to adhere to the regulations as the battle against the pandemic is far from over.
