Chevrolet's affordable, budget-focused Spark range has presented itself as a key market player in 2014, after sales figures revealed a significant increase in volume compared to that of 2013. On 26 June 2013, Chevrolet South Africa and Cricket Eastern Cape announced the renewal of their initial 2007/2008 sponsorship agreement for the Chevrolet Warriors cricket team for the next three years. General Motors South Africa boasts the highest increase in sales volumes for 2010 as revealed in the latest NAAMSA sales results.
