With a blanket as entry fee about 250 anglers were given access to a safe fishing spot for the Port of PE’s latest quarterly fishing day, which set out to bring warmth to Nelson Mandela Bay residents in need. PE Mail Centre donates blankets and soup ahead of the cold winter
On 7 June 2012 the South Africa Post Office (SA Post Office) handed over blankets and soup to 30 homeless people living in the Summerstrand bush in Port Elizabeth. The items for donation were the result of a three week internal charity drive at the PE Mail Centre.
