It is kinda lonely here as she had to go off to work today - we normally take the day off work and spend birthday's in the Straton household in an orgy of planned meals. From Caramel Pancakes to Imagination Sushi
A birthday tradition in the Straton household is that the birthday celebrant gets to choose their three meals of the day. In the past we were treated to Caramel pancakes with ice cream for breakfast, hot dogs or pizza for lunch and KFC for supper. I can't help but think that the immense excitement about Nelson Rolihlala Mandela's 94th Birthday will result in in making some of his erstwhile colleagues a tad jealous.
