Apologies Plumblink BUT the following needs to be said: Recently our plumber bought a Kwikot Geyser Element from your Newton Park branch for cash. The element turned out to be faulty. Your representative said that he could not exchange the element as they had to wait for Kwikot to open after the festive season and that even then it would be a wait of a couple of days before the Kwikot representative could determine if it was a factory fault or not and replace the element.
