Dear All, As you may be aware Propnet (the Property management division of the Port Elizabeth Harbour) advertised for renewal of their atmospheric emissions licence for the manganese ore berth. The licence was previously granted subject to conditions that they prevent, control, abate or mitigate any air pollution.
