The Mandela Bay Development Agency (MBDA) a company wholly owned by the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality announced today that its current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr Ashwin Daya has been appointed acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) until a new candidate is appointed.
