On 28 October 2019 MyPE issued a challenge in this article: http://mype.co.za/new/rwc-final-an-open-challenge-pe-bobanimayor-nmandelabaymuni-nmandelabay-springboks-cyrilramaphosa-strongertogether/124978/2019/10/
Surely we can put together one massive viewing party of the Rugby World Cup Final in Zwide – the family home of Siya Kolisi?
Are you game Mayor Bobani, President Ramaphosa, Springboks, Nelson Mandela Bay?
A little bit of lobbying on Tuesday morning this week amongst movers and shakers and the result was this:
On Saturday 2 November 2019 the Zwide Stadium will host a public viewing of the Springboks vs England Rugby World Cup Final. Gates open at 10h00 for the 11h00 kick off. Entrance is free and in a nod to MY alcohol free state NO alcohol is allowed.
You are welcome Port Elizabeth.
