The first race on the 16th December sees the return of the once popular Pollok to Sardinia Bay format triathlon and is ideally positioned for the novice teams. 750m swim off Pollok Beach, followed by the cycle ride from Pollok Beach to the end of the Schoenmakerskop village and ending with a challenging 5km trail run along the Sacramento Trail.
