“Neil Campher has got my vote some time back already under Abuntu Integrity Movement. I’m with you Michael on this score. I last carried an anc membership card when the anc was still banned. I gave them 4 votes Provincialy and Nationaly. Same with local government elections. I said I would give the movement 20 years to make inroads into impoverished lives. That I did even more. They have failed in all aspects due to greed. Neil was spoken highly of by my late daughter Bianca, Bless her soul O my Lord, Amen. I’ve never met him. I’ve read much from him. He is the one my pound of flesh is on.
They have a wiley Leader in Khusta, whom I saw being taken to task by the then ruthless internal security establishment. He stood his ground, found love across the pigmentation lines and stepped aside from politics then I think. Now he is back and has the credentials, pluck and oomph to give the job of fixing what has imploded here in, nogal, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Municipality, namely local government processes, that must feed into giving the people a beter and decent life with dignity, on an on going basis to eventually have the “not haves” having a piece of the economic pie. Things in this Municipality should work as they must, yet they don’t whether under the anc or da. Ps. The “engine room” that is supposed to fix all municipal departments vehicles have probably at best 10 over 60 years of age mechanics. Plumbing, sewerage, electrical, roads, storm water, administration, corporate services, dog control, cemeteries etc.etc. vehicles are standing without being repaired as there are no mechanics or a general outside repair contract has not been in place for more than 2 years now. Supply chain management is a hold up that keeps all our utilities in shambles because of the “penguin walk” prevalent there. Nothing is done at SCM without a hand out or kick back.
Let the campaigning begin AIM!
The Constitutional Court has ruled that Madam Zuma must set an election date within the time frame of 27 Oct & 1st Nov. What is being waited for?””
