The following Northern areas roads were being barricaded earlier this afternoon: Reynecke Street, Gail Road, Standford, Voisen, Leith Fitchard and Baaitjies Street in the Helenvale area.
The roads were barricaded with tyres and rocks and Police were on the scene.
Speculation is that this is all in preparation for a whopper of a Guy Fawkes weekend.
