It was with some trepidation that I entered this Wimpy hoping that I could find a meat free lunch. Yes I was pleasantly surprised to spy this salad with hash brown bits which hit the spot. Today promises to be one as I get a chance to sail on the Volvo Ocean Racer, Sun Hung Kai / Scallywag in the practice race this afternoon. Skipper David Witt is an Australian with a distinctly dry sense of humour and loads of experience. Looking forward to it and still deciding which appendage to offer in exchange for the opportunity to learn from the best.
