It was with some trepidation that I entered this Wimpy hoping that I could find a meat free lunch. Yes I was pleasantly surprised to spy this salad with hash brown bits which hit the spot. There are good days and there are bad days…. And then there are simply awesome days. Today promises to be one as I get a chance to sail on the Volvo Ocean Racer, Sun Hung Kai / Scallywag in the practice race this afternoon. Skipper David Witt is an Australian with a distinctly dry sense of humour and loads of experience. Looking forward to it and still deciding which appendage to offer in exchange for the opportunity to learn from the best.
