The city of Port Elizabeth came alive on Thursday evening when newly-formed innovative law firm BOQWANA BURNS INC. hosted a star-studded event with over 100 guests in attendance at the plush five-star boutique hotel, Isango Gate.
Filled with glitz and glamour, the party has been dubbed as one of the best events of 2013 to date, and saw a number of dignitaries, businessmen, clients and celebrities toasting to the future success of one of South Africa’s newest and most exciting law firms.
Denver is a former Mr South African 2010 and Max has 15 years’ worth of private practice experience to his name, as well as experience as an acting Judge.
The PE-born duo’s firm boasts offices in Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, as well as, Mthatha, in the Eastern Cape – and if anything goes by this launch, it seems the two are going places with BOQWANA BURNS INC.
Some of the VIPs in attendance included former Cricket South Africa CEO Gerald Majola, former South African Rugby Union President Silas Nkanunu, SABC3’s “The Power Within” host, Buli G, as well as Port Elizabeth mayor, Zanoxolo Wayile. Prominent businessmen Mkhuseli Jack, Mazizi Msutu as well as former Port Elizabeth mayor and ANC stalwart Nceba Faku and his wife Unathi, Algoa FM DJs Lauren Mungur and Wayne Hart, Paralympic Gold Medallist and world record holder, Kevin Paul, Southern Kings rugby player Jaco Engels and Chairperson of Emfuleni Resorts, Bongi Siwisa all basked in the glitz and glamour of the event.
National celebrity brand ambassadors surfer and FHM model Roxy Louw, Springbok rugby legend Breyton Paulse as well as the suave Top Billing hunk Simba Mhere, who emceed the event, flew to Port Elizabeth to support the new launch.
