So there I was – the diligent nerd sitting in the front row listening to our Finance Minister, Pravin Gordhan’s address.
In the quieter moments one could discern a quiet hum – almost like the subdued clickety clack from a typewriter pool of old.
Eventually I turned around to see if I could locate the source and shock, gasp, horror I espied multiple sources all with their heads down, shoulders slightly hunched, arms together, hands in their laps as they busily Tweeted, FB’ed, WhatsUpped and SMS their mates, completely oblivious to our esteemed Finance Minister.
A bloody disgrace and so rude of them.
