FtF – Fire the Fargers
I listened to you talk this evening about corruption and how you are going to try and stop it. With due respect – what you propose is closing the stable door after the horse has bolted.
All I hear is you creating jobs for the nine enforcement agencies that have been shackled for years anyway.
Let’s have a quick look at how you turn around a failing business – because South Africa, as a business, has failed:
- You trim costs
- You retrench, fire and enforce a hiring ban/headcount freeze
- You increase sales
- You find new lower cost suppliers
- You (effectively) use sub or independent contractors
So, Cyril, which of the 5 points above have you done?
