This morning the ACDP in NMBM laid criminal charges for alleged fraud and corruption against Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality Executive Mayor Gary van Niekerk for actions committed by him in 2022.
The African Christian Democratic Party (ACDP) in the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro said; “We believe that there is prima facie evidence of malpractice by Mayor Gary Van Niekerk and will ask the police to investigate.”
