Aurora’s Annual Street Collection takes place on 1 September 2012 from 8: 00 am to 1:00 pm at many different venues across Nelson Mandela Bay.
The Aurora Special Care Centre is home for the profoundly mentally and physically handicapped children and adults. 34 full time residents, 100 children and adults attend the stimulation centre daily, and 12 mildly handicapped adults stay in the group home.
Aurora need as many people as possible to shake a tin for 1 hour to raise much needed funds to keep the centre running and you are invited to contact Briony Sparg at auroracentre@telkomsa.net or call 041 368 6180 to offer assistance.
