Any more doubts that Father Christmas exists?

14 December 2012 By Port Elizabethan

This just goes to show that even Father Christmas is siding with the residents of Richmond Hill.

Late this afternoon, early evening, these Christmas trees appeared in our streets. It seems the “Pale Bearded Madala” from the North Pole read a previous post on MyPE and sent his Elves to comply!

Now for our Christmas wishes.

My wishes are:

  • Less burglaries and other crimes on my property and properties of fellow Richmond Hillers.
  • Apprehension, charging and conviction of real criminals instead of pushing silly charges against innocent people.
  • SAPS wisdom and commitment to meet the needs of our community.

Too much Madala? Would you rather like us to ask for world peace?

One must give credit where credit is due. Yesterday our friendly municipality replaced the missing covers with brand new, bright yellow eco-friendly covers. Thank you to the NMBM and to the Elves who decorated the holes in the interim.
However … last night a few more metal covers disappeared.
Now, if we can only get the SAPS on board to patrol our area instead of taking the Humewood community for walkies on beach. There are priorities in life gentlemen.
