Day 8 of PTSD Challenge after being called out by Sarah Daley who is probably wrapped up warmly with a law text book…

Today it is very cold in Port Elizabeth hence the fully clothed ‘anonymous’ look to do push ups.

Tell me in the comments below where you would like to see te next set of push ups take palace and what I should be wearing….

I challenge MICHAEL SHEEHAN to do 25 push ups for 25 days – they will help give him the strength to carry all his photographic gear around.

The rules are simple:

Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25
Every day you must nominate a different person.

Let’s reach as many people as possible. Let’s hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from a mental illness, such as PTSD – you are not alone and we are here for you.
