This was the fourth time The Color Run came to PE. folks from all around Nelson Mandela Bay and the Eastern Cape came out to join in the Happiest 5k on the planet. 2016 introduced The Rainbow Tour – if you wanted to experience the joys of rainbows in your life, this was an event not to be missed.
