29 Aug 2021 By Alan Straton

On Thursday evening, 26 August 2021, I was being interviewed live by Gino Fabbri – the stream is available on Facebook and YouTube (my page, his page, his YouTube and my YouTube). The blurb says; “Gino chats to MyPE founder, Algoa Bay Yacht Club Commodore, businessman and Abantu Integrity Movement Ward 7 Councilor hopeful Alan Straton on Gino’s Spot on Thurs 26 Aug at 18h30.”

Gino is a well known entertainer and member of the Centrestage group, his interviews are born out of a love for our province and it’s interesting people. These interviews were born out of a creative mind seeking succor during the first phases of lockdown and take place live every Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 18h30 until end…

Passionate about Port Elizabeth and definitely NOT packing for Perth. Alan's ethos is epitomised in the words of Nelson Mandela; "I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the idea of a democratic and free society. If need be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die." See more articles by Alan.
