The deadline for objections to Shell South Africa extending their compliance with their Air Emissions Licence at the Port Elizabeth harbour’s Tank Farm is on 27 April 2014.
Paul Martin has laid out his concerns on the ABYC web site here.
Sign the petition below to send Shell a strong message that PE Citizens will not continue to sanction the pollution of our harbour, beaches and air with an aging facility that is long overdue to be moved from the PE Harbour and freeing up valuable land that could be utilised as a major tourist and business asset for the benefit of all. Your signature is sent to Sarisha Perumal at uMoya-NILU Consulting who are representing Shell in this matter.
