Port Elizabeth’s annual world belly dance day celebration takes place on Saturday 12th May 2018, 7.00 pm at The Savoy Theatre. Tickets are just R100 and funds raised will go to the Animal Welfare Society PE.
World Belly Dance Day happens globally every second Saturday of May. “Oriental” Belly Dance studio’s band together to raise funds for their chosen charity. Zahra’s has been hosting the PE fundraiser since 2010 and have raised funds and awareness for amazing charities including P.E.A.R and Cat Care.
This year together with fellow dance studio – Cario Moon and Grahamstown based Gigi Belly dance studio, we are hosting internationally acclaimed dancers Thelma Rose and Natalie Clark.
