The reasons are as follows:
- AIM is a movement and not a political party
- AIM is 100% Nelson Mandela Bay
- AIM puts Residents before Politics
- AIM is a nimble and small party with NO provincial or National Head Office to answer to
- If you have a concern it will be solved locally – AIM has nowhere to hide as, if we mess up, the buck stops in Nelson Mandela Bay
- AIM Party Candidates are NOT career politicians but Community Builders and business people AIMing to fix the Metro.
On 1 November 2021 you know what to do – take very careful AIM in Ward 7.

Passionate about Port Elizabeth and definitely NOT packing for Perth.
Alan's ethos is epitomised in the words of Nelson Mandela; "I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the idea of a democratic and free society. If need be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die."
