Why Being in Jeffreys Bay on 4 January 2025 Should be Your First Choice

The 22nd edition of the annual First Choice Race, presented by Woodlands Dairy, will take place on Saturday, January 4, 2025, starting at 06:30 at Victory Christian School in Jeffrey’s Bay, Eastern Cape.

The race will feature a 15km main race, a 6km fun run, and a 60m Milki Moo Dash for kids under nine years old. The event will be held under the rules of ASA and EPA and will be a Participation League Event. Goodie bags will be given to the first 1,000 entrants.

First Choice High Protein Recovery will provide essential fuel for the runners, while kids can enjoy the delicious goodness of First Choice Milki.

Mandla Charlie of Woodlands Dairy and First Choice says: “This event has become a beloved tradition in the Kouga District, drawing both locals and visitors each year. It’s wonderful to see the community come together to celebrate health, fitness, and fun. I encourage everyone to join us and experience the magic of this special day.
