Visit PE

21 November 2013 By Alan Straton

Today I am attending Speed Marketing Workshop at The Boardwalk Hotel & Convention Centre.

This is all being held to promote Port Elizabeth and the Eastern Cape as a tourism destination and is being attended by high profile tourism operators from across the country.

The plan is to tweet a take away from each of the speakers below and to get people to use the #visitpe hashtag.

Of course MyPE has also been doing their bit for a while now by promoting this list vigorously: Top 10 Cheapest Accommodation Choices in Port Elizabeth.

Passionate about Port Elizabeth and definitely NOT packing for Perth. Alan's ethos is epitomised in the words of Nelson Mandela; "I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the idea of a democratic and free society. If need be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die." See more articles by Alan.
