Ukusinda [Survival]: Reading and Writing in South Africa – Christiaan Kritzinger

Founded by John Lombardo, the mission of ArtWorks for Youth is to provide free after school visual art instruction, mentoring, and academic support to under-served students in South Africa.

ArtWorks for Youth is primarily an arts education program in Gqeberha, South Africa. In 2009, they expanded to a year-round programme. The academic support programme has grown more than any other non-arts program.

Vimeo is a video sharing platform that was launched in 2004 by a group of filmmakers. Since then, the platform has grown exponentially with most users being creators and artists in film, animation, music and other works of art who use Vimeo as a way to share and promote their work.
