Twitter Lists Featuring MyPE

I strive to add PE, Uitenhage and Despatch Twits to the three Twitterati lists that exist only to show what people from the Nelson Mandela Bay Region are talking about on Twitter. Every Monday selected tweets from these lists are showcased on MyPE.

Twitter restricts the maximum number of people on these lists to 500. (See: Twitter lists restricted to 500 members)

Lists are a nice tool to use if you want to take a snapshot of sentiment during an event. For instance during a Super Rugby match in Port Elizabeth I will look at the PE Twitterati lists to see who is commenting or during a major news breaking story it is nice to see what journalists are saying.

If you want to appear on the PEtwitterati, PEtwitterattiTOO and PEtwitteratiTREE lists then just follow MyPE on Twitter or @ reply @MyPE to ask – Port Elizabeth, Uitenhage and Despatch Twits only, though.
