This Motocross Biker Destroying Parsons Hill Park, was spotted in the Parsons Hill Park on 21/09/2013 at around 12:40 pm.
In the Parsons Hill Park we have birds nesting and children playing. This idiot thinks that it is his right to ride up and down a public space with no regard to residents and animal life. To make matters worse when he realised that he may become the target of a lynch mob when all the residents came out, as they were disturbed by the noise, he hightailed it to the Perridgevale Park to continue his mindless wanton destruction there!
