This vehicle, registration number: HZP 366 EC, was spotted in Hunters retreat Spar on 21/04/2018 at around 14:30.

I guess ignorance is bliss. What I don’t understand is the the Hunters retreat Spar has security standing at the entrance but they do nothing about idiots like this parking like that.
