This vehicle, registration number: HJB 291 EC, was spotted in Acres Spar, PerriDgevale on 22/08/2015 at around 16:49.

This is the height of arrogance – slotting your vehicle in between the cones demarcating TWO disabled parking slots. The driver of this vehicle must have been quite keen on his little bromance with his passenger as he piloted his vehicle (a reflection of his manhood) in between these two cones. They then rushed in to the bottle store only to re-appear with a quart of beer each before jumping into their little car and whizzing off. The strong desire to buy beer does not qualify as a disability you morons!
