Today’s Traffic Hooligan is FWX 352 EC

24 September 2012 By Alan Straton

This vehicle, registration number: FWX 352 EC, was spotted in In the Profiles Gym and Business Link parking on William Moffat in Walmer – parking area is assigned to Business Link on 23/09/2012 at around 08:45 am.

I was inside Profiles when I observed this incident through a window. Mom and daughter were passengers in the vehicle. Sunday morning is always quiet with no demand for parking. My thought was that maybe she was employed by Business Link and thought she was entitled to act as she did by taking up two parking’s.

Her attitude sucks in that she didn’t seem to give a damn and although there was no demand for parking spaces she thought herself entitled to park as such and set a lousy example to her daughter. Later in gym, my personal observation of the driver was that she appeared rather stressed – still not an excuse, though!

Passionate about Port Elizabeth and definitely NOT packing for Perth. Alan's ethos is epitomised in the words of Nelson Mandela; "I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the idea of a democratic and free society. If need be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die." See more articles by Alan.
