Today’s Traffic Hooligan is FVN074EC

By

This vehicle, registration number: FVN074EC, was spotted in Acres Spar on 25/10/2014 at around 03:15 pm.

Port Elizabeth Traffic Hooligan – FVN 074 EC

Filmed at our local Supermarket in Greenacres/Perridgevale.

This Toyota FVN074EC was parked in a disabled parking spot – as we walked across the parking lot filming it another white vehicle also popped into the disabled parking spot next to it. When the driver saw us filming he smartly removed his vehicle.

But the Toyota driver gets the Darwin award for being inconsiderate, not having a disabled sticker and arrogant.

Passionate about Port Elizabeth and definitely NOT packing for Perth. Alan's ethos is epitomised in the words of Nelson Mandela; "I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the idea of a democratic and free society. If need be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die." See more articles by Alan.
