Today’s Traffic Hooligan is FTR 317 EC

14 December 2012 By Port Elizabethan

This vehicle, registration number: FTR 317 EC, was spotted in Acres Shopping Centre, Perridgevale on 12/12/2012 at around 03:00 pm.

Please find attached photo of the guy that parked in the handicapped parking at Atrium Spar on the 12th December 2012. I did confront him after watching him and his passenger getting out of the vehicle and dusting themselves off after stuffing their faces. He asked me how I know he isn’t handicapped, so I told him I had just seen him walking.

Very much like you, this is my pet peeve and every day I confront idiots who park in the disabled parking bays. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could get the tow trucks to sit in the parking lots and tow these cars each time they park there, and a percentage of the towing fee be donated to a children’s home – imagine what a lovely Christmas these children could have…… (and the extra revenue for the tow trucks).

Keep up the good work, MyPE is wonderful.
