This vehicle, registration number: FRN 080 EC, was spotted in Five Ways Shopping Centre on 04/12/2012 at around 02:47 pm.
Some people need to drive their vehicles back to the place where they bought them and hand them back. Then they need to take public transport to the Drivers Licence Testing Centre and voluntarily hand their licences in.
I say it over and over again – depriving the disabled minority of their rights to park in any area is just downright rude and insensitive.
The rules of the game are simple; “If you don’t have a valid disabled sticker on your vehicle (even if you are disabled), you may not park in areas reserved for the disabled!”
