Today’s Traffic Hooligan is FDP 004 EC

27 October 2012 By Port Elizabethan

This vehicle, registration number: FDP 004 EC, was spotted in Swartkops Spar Parking Area, Swartkops on 21/10/2012 at around 01:15 pm.

I always wondered about these cars with these “Drive a car for R799.00 per month” banners and now the secret has been revealed: Some guys are so desperate to ensure that the keep on paying low monthly repayments that they will park in disabled parkings just waiting for me to come by and take a picture.

(Apparently, people pay these low repayments in return for carrying advertising, doing a certain amount of mileage, parking their cars on high visibility routes etc.)

Maybe the advertisers should think about rather rewarding the drivers for being extrta courteous and not being a nuisance to other disabled drivers?

The grizzled, white bearded driver of the car had the cheek to tell me that I should rather photograph people illegally parked in loading zones!
