Today’s Traffic Hooligan is FCP534EC

By

This vehicle, registration number: FCP534EC, was spotted in Edward Street, Richmond Hill on 14/08/2013 at around 10:00 am.

This driver should pay a visit to SpecSavers for an eye test. Parking on a yellow line, blocking a garage 2m away without noticing the problem, proves the severity of the vision problem – this is happening regularly – therefore the legality of the driver’s license may also be at issue.
