This vehicle, registration number: EFL 833 EC, was spotted in Acres Shopping Centre, Perridgevale on 04/10/2012 at around 01:10 pm.
The apprentice Longhair and I were on our way into the Coffee Shop at the Acres Shopping Centre when we spotted this miscreant. As we entered the coffee shop, we saw a guy with a walker and the Apprentice Longhair wanted to know what I would do if the vehicle belonged to this unfortunate fellow?
Easy – NO DISABLED STICKER, NO PARKING, even if you have a walker or wheelchair.

Passionate about Port Elizabeth and definitely NOT packing for Perth.
Alan's ethos is epitomised in the words of Nelson Mandela; "I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the idea of a democratic and free society. If need be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die."
