This vehicle, registration number: DPH or DRH 517 EC, was spotted in Acres Shopping Centre, Perridgevale on 27/01/2013 at around 09:30 am.
2 transgressions here:
- parking in a disabled parking
- license plate not clearly visible
I could add a 3rd here and say that being doff is also a transgression against society!
