Today’s Traffic Hooligan is DVH 451 EC

9 October 2012 By Alan Straton

This vehicle, registration number: DVH 451 EC, was spotted in Acres Shopping Centre, Perridgevale on 04/10/2012 at around 02:00 pm.

Dear Mr Taxi Driver – as the holder of a PDP you should know better than this. Just a friendly reminder that passing your PDP does not allow you to immediately show your bad manners and low mental capabilities to all and sundry, you may not weave in and out of traffic like a drunken anaconda and you may certainly not park in a disabled parking WITHOUT a sticker.

Passionate about Port Elizabeth and definitely NOT packing for Perth. Alan's ethos is epitomised in the words of Nelson Mandela; "I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the idea of a democratic and free society. If need be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die." See more articles by Alan.
