This vehicle, registration number: DTZ 643 EC, was spotted in Acres Shopping Centre, Perridgevale on 23/09/2012 at around 11:55 am.
Like shooting ducks in a barrel – people continually park here – I am beginning to think that maybe the shopping centre owners, tenants or security guards just don’t give a flying fig!
