This vehicle, registration number: DLW 118 EC, was spotted in Acres Shopping Centre, Perridgevale on 26/09/2012 at around 03:45 pm.

For a moment I was pretty impressed as I THOUGHT that the contractor’s vehicle parked in this disabled parking belonged to a PHYSICALLY DISABLED contractor. Wrong again!
