This vehicle, registration number: DCV 293 EC, was spotted in Behind the Bridge Shopping Centre just off 1st Avenue, Newton Park on 04/10/2012 at around 11:40 am.
I think that the reason why you are not allowed to park here is more for reasons of your own car’s safety than anything else……..
