This vehicle, registration number: CFY964EC, was spotted in Acres Shopping Centre, Perridgevale on 05/11/2014 at around 04:07 pm.

After I stopped filming the owner came out and said that she did have a license disk. When I pointed out to her that she was parked in a disabled parking she told me that she had a “heart problem”. When I pointed out that she had to display a disabled sticker even if she was in a wheelchair, she said that she would go and get one. I obviously look stupid!
