Today’s Traffic Hooligan is BHH062EC

17 November 2013 By Alan Straton

This vehicle, registration number: BHH062EC, was spotted in 5 Ways Spar on 16/11/2013 at around 04:08 pm.

From the alignment of the front tyres I can only conclude that the driver of this vehicle is a DOUBLE hooligan.

WHY?

He must have turned RIGHT into this disabled parking which means that he came in to this parking AGAINST the flow of traffic.
